The first copy of the Pastoral Plan was presented to Bishop Kenneth Nowakowski of the Ukrainian Catholic Eparchy of London by Archbishop Claudio Gugerotti, the Prefect-elect of the Dicastery for the Eastern Churches, in the presence of Mar Joseph Srampickal.
The five-year Pastoral Plan is designed for us to learn and grow in our liturgical, theological, spiritual, disciplinary and cultural patrimony of the Syro-Malabar Church. The release of our Pastoral Plan was at a farewell gathering for Archbishop Claudio Gugerotti, the Apostolic Nuncio to Great Britain (2020-2022) organised by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales at Westminster Cathedral. A thanksgiving Mass was presided by His Eminence Vincent Cardinal Nichols, Archbishop of Westminster.
