തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പുകളില്‍ മല്‍സരിക്കാനുള്ള പരമാവധി പ്രായം ആദ്യം 75 വയസ് ആയി നിശ്ചയിക്കുക. 80 കഴിഞ്ഞവര്‍ പൊതു പദവികളില്‍ നിന്നു വിരമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യട്ടെ. ആദ്യപടിയായി ഇതെങ്കിലും നടപ്പാക്കാന്‍ നിയമനിര്‍മാണം ആവശ്യമാണ്.
ഭരണനിര്‍വഹണത്തില്‍ ചെറുപ്പക്കാര്‍ക്ക് കൂടുതല്‍ അവസരം ലഭ്യമാക്കണം.ഇനിയുള്ള കാലത്ത് അടിസ്ഥാന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത കൂടി നിയമത്തില്‍ പുതിയ നിയമത്തില്‍ നിര്‍വചിക്കണം. പ്യൂണ്‍ ജോലി മുതല്‍ ഐഎഎസ് വരെ എല്ലാ ജോലികള്‍ക്കും വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യതയും പ്രായപരിധിയും നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്.
High time to limit the maximum age to 75 to contest an election (Esp. Lok Sabha, Assembly, and Panchayats) as a first step. All those above 80 should retire from public posts. We need a law to be enacted to fix the maximum age for political leaders like for Govt. servants. Let the young people get more chances in the ruling dispensation. Minimum educational qualification for occupying a public post also should be prescribed in the proposed law.
