‘Doctor on Wheels’ is the social outreach program of Signature AgedCare and the response in the last two weeks had been very encouraging.
Our Palliative Physician along with nursing team would visit the homes of elderly or terminally ill in Cochin city limits and prescribe medicines or would attend nursing interventions like suction, ryles tube or catheter care, enema administration, bedsore dressing, colostomy & tracheostomy care, ECG at home etc.
Our Doctor would declare death & the team would facilitate death care too if required.
