It’s so important that we embrace this day in our country where so many baby girls – born and unborn are unaccounted for and knowing the visible gender disparity, remains indifferent to the silent screams.
A girl child nourishes a whole generation. She is strong, she is powerful, she’s dynamic, she’s kind she’s beautiful. She is capable of and deserves every opportunity that lets her shine. 🙌
As we commemorate this day, let us remind you:
You cannot be ‘against’ the killing of girls based on their gender and simultaneously ‘for’ the killing of the unborn based on their location.
The outcome ultimately is the death of an innocent human being.
